Weekend recommendations by Takshashila Faculty
Pranay Kotasthane’s recommendations for those interested in anyone interested in public policy.
Policy Paradox by Deborah Stone is a favourite book of mine. It has frameworks that apply across many public policy domains.
The Lessons of History by Ariel & Will Durant is packed with insights on a range of issues concerning the State and government.
Factfulness by the Roslings demolishes many widely-held beliefs, and provides a better understanding of human progress.
Have interesting stories to tell? A travel destination that you recently covered? A marathon that you aced last weekend or that achievement you are shy to share? Feel free to write to me at ritul.gaur@takshashila.org.in and we will share it in the next edition of Sandesh. Comments, feedback, brickbats, and suggestions are also welcome.
